Chapter 510: Innate Aptitude, Transcendent!

“Sixth-tier opportunity? seventh-tier opportunity?” Jiang Ye pondered briefly before shaking his head.

Reaching the ninth breakthrough from the sixth breakthrough depended entirely on one’s comprehension of profound mysteries.

Given Jiang Ye’s exceptional ability to perceive the mysteries of heaven and earth, he had no need for such treasures.

After a moment, he turned to Caiyi and asked, “Sister Caiyi, do you have any divine weapons?”

Caiyi paused, then chuckled. “A divine weapon? You’re certainly aiming high.”

Jiang Ye smiled sheepishly.

“Yes, I do,” Caiyi replied. “But even if I gave you a divine weapon now, you wouldn’t be able to unleash its full power. By the time you ascend to divinity, the existing divine weapons might not even suit you. Every divinity forges their own divine weapon, one perfectly attuned to their divine body.”

“Still, if you truly want one, I can give you one.”

As she spoke, Caiyi waved her hand. Instantly, a crimson long spear materialized, hovering silently in the air. The nine-foot-long spear radiated no discernible aura, yet it pulsed with an overwhelming spear intent, conjuring faint visions of world-shattering destruction.

It was utterly divine.

“This is a first-tier divine weapon—the Fire Dragon Spear,” Caiyi explained.

“A divine spear?” Jiang Ye exclaimed inwardly, astonished.

He had only made a casual remark, never expecting it to be real.

Jiang Ye reached out and grasped the long spear. Instantly, his arm felt a tremendous weight, deepening his shock. “This spear is incredibly heavy—probably weighs a million tons?”

With his current arm strength, even lifting a hundred thousand tons wouldn’t strain him. Only a million-ton weight could pose a challenge.

A million-ton spear? What kind of concept was that?

The materials alone must be unimaginably expensive.

Whoosh! Whoosh!

Jiang Ye swung the spear experimentally, but it felt incredibly awkward.

“I’m clearly not yet capable of wielding the full power of a divine weapon,” Jiang Ye said with a self-deprecating smile.

He wasn’t particularly bothered.

Even if he couldn’t use it now, he would eventually.

“What other treasures do you need?” Caiyi asked, watching him intently.

This time, Jiang Ye pondered for a long time.

After a long pause, he finally spoke.

“I need something to protect my life,” Jiang Ye said. “And a treasure to enhance my innate aptitude—preferably one that can elevate a transcendent aptitude to heavenly pride talent.”

“You really dare to ask for that,” Caiyi said, a hint of helplessness in her eyes. “A Heavenly Prodigy Ascension Treasure? Do you even realize how precious that is?”

“How precious?” Jiang Ye asked curiously, though he was just making conversation.

“This kind of treasure,” Caiyi said, her beautiful eyes widening, “even ten thousand Blue Star Civilizations couldn’t afford a single one!”

Jiang Ye stared in disbelief.

Ten thousand Blue Star Civilizations? That’s absurd!

But then he realized that even among ten thousand first-tier civilizations, there might not be a single heavenly pride talent. In that light, it made sense.

“Do you have one, then?” Jiang Ye asked hopefully.

“No!” Caiyi snapped, annoyed.

“Alright,” Jiang Ye said with a wry smile, having never really expected much.

“Though I don’t have the kind you mentioned,” Caiyi continued, “I do have treasures that can elevate someone to Transcendent Aptitude.”

“That’ll work too,” Jiang Ye said, his eyes lighting up.

He quickly added, “Do you have any treasures that can elevate someone from Primitive Aptitude to Transcendent Aptitude?”

“Primitive to Transcendent?” Caiyi nodded. “Yes, how many do you need?”

“As many as possible,” Jiang Ye replied.

“Very well,” Caiyi nodded slightly.

With a wave of her hand, countless treasures materialized, clattering and clanging as they rained down, forming a small mountain in the blink of an eye.

“A total of 1,600 treasures, enough for 400 individuals with Primitive innate aptitude to ascend to the transcendent realm,” Caiyi explained.

“This?” Jiang Ye was stunned. He had only expected a few items, but this was beyond his wildest dreams.

“Innate aptitude ascension is a matter of probability,” Caiyi added. “The chance of ascending from Primitive to transcendent is only one in ten.”

“So, only about forty people might succeed?” Jiang Ye asked quickly.

Caiyi nodded.

“Ascending from dao bone to transcendent requires at least a year,” she continued. “Ascending from Primitive to transcendent takes even longer—several years, or even decades, depending on the individual.”

“Understood,” Jiang Ye nodded slightly.

This is more than enough!

Jiang Ye’s heart raced with excitement. The sheer number of treasures exceeded his wildest expectations. He had never imagined that she would offer over a thousand items in one go, especially since he wasn’t even a direct disciple of True Divine Qiufang.

“Additionally, here are the life-saving artifacts you requested.”

With another wave of her hand, two more treasures appeared. These were blood-red, shaped like crimson fingers, and radiated an overwhelming aura of power.

“This item is called the Blood God Finger,” Caiyi said with a gentle smile. “It can block a lethal strike from a cultivator in the divine body realm. If you activate it yourself, it can unleash the power of a divine body realm cultivator—but only once.”

“These are the only two life-saving artifacts I can give you.”

“In the martial dao, you must never rely on external objects,” Caiyi said solemnly. “The path to true strength lies solely within yourself.”

“Thank you, Sister Caiyi,” Jiang Ye said gratefully.

Blood God Finger? Blocks attacks from the divine body realm?

Even with just two such artifacts, Jiang Ye could already imagine their immense value.

With this in hand, even a demigod could be annihilated with a flick of the finger.

“Lastly,” Caiyi said, flipping her hand to reveal a golden token. “Take this Radiant Dragon Token.”

The token was engraved with a massive golden dragon, radiating a divine aura.

“What is this?” Jiang Ye asked, his expression puzzled.

“This is the Radiant Dragon Token,” Caiyi explained. “With it, you can travel to the Brilliant Dragon Civilization and seek out higher-level experts there. The Brilliant Dragon Civilization is a second-tier cosmic civilization under the Caikun Civilization’s dominion.”

Brilliant Dragon Civilization? Jiang Ye’s heart leaped with surprise.

The name instantly reminded him of the white-robed, white-socked girl he had encountered in the Star Realm Sea.

Wang Zilu!

She bore an uncanny resemblance to Chen Zilu, equally breathtakingly beautiful.

This woman was from the Brilliant Dragon Civilization.

“Your current strength is too weak to go directly to the Caikun Civilization,” Caiyi said. “Use the Brilliant Dragon Civilization as a stepping stone. If you can distinguish yourself there, you may then proceed to the Caikun Civilization.”

“Understood,” Jiang Ye nodded.

“Very well. I should send you out now.”

Caiyi gazed at him, her eyes filled with boundless anticipation. “I hope you will not disappoint my master’s inheritance. May you one day become a powerhouse like my master, True Divine Qiufang.”

“I will,” Jiang Ye declared firmly.

“Good.” With a wave of her hand, a surge of light enveloped Jiang Ye.

Whoosh!

Jiang Ye’s figure vanished.

“After countless ages…”

“We finally awaited our first inheritor, only to find someone had already claimed the prize,” Caiyi sighed softly. “This Blue Star Civilization is truly remarkable. Even the White Dragon Civilization has placed its inheritance here.”

“Master, your prediction from long ago was correct.”

“This region likely conceals something extraordinary.” Through the Inheritance Space, Caiyi seemed to glimpse the vast cosmos beyond.

Numerous divine inheritances had chosen to settle within the solar system.

Behind this barren starfield must lie an astonishing secret.

“Never mind,” Caiyi murmured.

“I just hope Jiang Ye can one day return to the Caikun Civilization,” she thought, her heart filled with longing.

She yearned to see how the descendants of True Divine Qiufang had fared over countless ages, whether they still thrived as they had in ancient times.

But she couldn’t return on her own.

The barren starfield lay impossibly distant from the Caikun Civilization, a gulf even divinities couldn’t bridge alone.

Her only hope rested on Jiang Ye.
