Chapter 433: Seeing Divinity Without Decay

Abu’s worries proved unnecessary. Bu Jing wasn’t in any trouble—he was simply making steady progress in his breakthrough. The process just took much longer than usual, which made Abu mistakenly think something had gone wrong with Bu Jing’s martial training.

When Bu Jing finally broke through, the entire Huanyu World shifted from day to night in an instant, plunging everything into darkness.

Faint starlight dotted the pitch-black sky, preventing it from being completely devoid of light.

Five External Scenery martial artists looked up, their faces filled with shock.

They realized the starlight was illusory, like some kind of phenomenon, and the arrangement of the stars looked eerily familiar.

“These stars correspond to the 720 acupoints in the human body!” one of the External Scenery martial artists exclaimed.

The positions were all too familiar to him. Reaching the External Scenery realm required aligning the body’s acupoints with the stars in the sky—these 720 points were crucial.

But breaking through to External Scenery would never cause such a spectacle.

“Bu Jing has clearly surpassed us all in martial arts. How foolish we were to look down on him, thinking latecomers would inevitably surpass him.” The martial artist felt deeply ashamed.

The darkness receded as quickly as it had come, the night and starlight from all directions converging into Bu Jing’s body.

“Is this the realm beyond External Scenery? The body transcending into the profound, absorbing the stars…” another External Scenery martial artist murmured, entranced by the magnificent sight.

Bu Jing had shut off his five senses, retaining only his consciousness, yet he could still “see” everything around him with perfect clarity.

Every blade of grass, every mountain and river, every movement—all were vividly perceptible.

He could even sense the imperfections in his own body.

Externally, Bu Jing appeared motionless, but internally, his muscles, bones, joints, and blood vessels were undergoing subtle adjustments to achieve their optimal state.

The internal injuries from his breakthrough were healing rapidly.

“I have attained insight into all things, becoming impervious and flawless, my body perfected. This realm shall be called ‘Seeing Divinity Without Decay.'”

Bu Jing smiled to himself and stood up to greet Abu.

From his consciousness, he had “seen” Abu approaching alone.

But when Bu Jing opened his eyes, he didn’t just see Abu—Jiang Li and the others were there too.

…Awkward.

He had just claimed to perceive all things, yet failed to notice three people.

Jiang Li and the other two looked at him with amused expressions.

It wasn’t Bu Jing’s fault—they had deliberately concealed their presence to avoid detection.

“Impressive. You’ve taken another step forward in martial arts. To reach this level, you must have already established a comprehensive martial system,” Jiang Li remarked, clapping lightly.

Yu Yin nodded slightly. The Huanyu World’s pure reliance on physical combat was highly instructive. Once this world developed further, she could learn martial arts from here to enhance her close-combat abilities.

Having lived for three hundred years, Bu Jing quickly composed himself and feigned indifference. “Indeed, I’ve established a relatively complete martial system. I even have some ideas about the next realm, though I don’t know how many years it will take to reach it.”

“No need to rush. The martial system you’ve built likely still has gaps—take your time refining it before breaking through again,” Jiang Li advised.

“Let’s spar. Show me how strong you’ve become.”

Bu Jing cupped his fists respectfully. “As you command, Senior Jiang. However, if I unleash my full strength now, I fear I might shatter the continent. May we test my skills in space?”

“Naturally.”

Bu Jing kicked off the ground, breaking free of gravity’s pull and soaring into the cosmos.

At the Seeing Divinity Without Decay realm, his body could sustain itself without needing oxygen.

He threw a punch, carrying the force of a falling star—immense and devastating.

Before it could reach Jiang Li, an invisible barrier intercepted it.

Jiang Li didn’t block the punch directly. Instead, he redirected its force outward, striking a distant planet and causing it to explode.

“Not bad. This level of power is comparable to a body cultivator who’s just entered the Unity Stage,” Jiang Li commented calmly.

“Again. This time, I won’t use a barrier.”

Bu Jing gathered all his strength, determined to showcase his peak condition. His techniques were refined, distilling the essence of countless martial arts while discarding their flaws. Combined with his own insights, he elevated his family’s heritage, the “Four Pillars Holding Heaven Technique,” to new heights.

His limbs stood like pillars, unshakable as they supported heaven and earth.

“Excellent. Truly excellent.” Jiang Li effortlessly deflected Bu Jing’s attacks. Through their exchange, he gained a clear understanding of Bu Jing’s martial system.

There was still room for improvement.

But having reached this stage, Bu Jing no longer needed to worry about interference from cultivation systems.

“Let’s return.” With those words, Jiang Li brought them back before Bu Jing could react.

Bu Jing felt a pang of disappointment. He had hoped that reaching Seeing Divinity Without Decay would narrow the gap between him and Jiang Li. Now, it was clear the distance between them remained immeasurable.

“Originally, I was debating whether to let you attend the Nine Provinces Assembly if you hadn’t reached Seeing Divinity Without Decay. Now, that’s no longer a concern.”

“The Nine Provinces Assembly?” The brothers had never heard of it, but from Jiang Li’s tone, it sounded like a significant opportunity.

Jiang Li briefly explained the purpose of the assembly and its agenda.

They quickly grasped the weight of the event.

This was a golden chance to establish diplomatic relations between the Huanyu World and the Nine Provinces!

…

Ten days passed swiftly, and the long-awaited Nine Provinces Assembly commenced, attended by representatives from over a hundred factions—all at the Unity Stage.

The Nine Provinces had far more Unity Stage cultivators than this, but many factions had multiple representatives, so only one attended per group.

Unity Stage cultivators interacted frequently, and most attendees knew each other—some were old rivals, others longtime friends.

This time, however, several unfamiliar faces stood out.

Jiang Li rose and condensed Commander Liu’s carefully prepared opening speech into a few sentences before declaring the assembly open.

“I trust you’ve all reviewed the discussion materials distributed by the Human Sovereign Hall. Yes, the main topic today is how to manage relations between the Nine Provinces and other worlds.”

“Before we begin, let me introduce the representatives from these worlds.”

“This gentleman should be familiar to you all—President Mingzhong of Mingzhong World. I know many of you enjoy purchasing technological products from his world.”

“Over here, we have the saviors of the Zombie World—siblings Luo Ying and Luo Zhu. Don’t underestimate them just because their cultivation isn’t high. I personally trained them, and I have great expectations for their future.”

“These two are representatives from the Huanyu World—their strongest martial artist, Bu Jing, and their supreme ruler, Bu Dong. You may not be familiar with Huanyu World yet—it’s a martial world that doesn’t use spiritual energy, instead refining the physical body to its limits. Bu Jing has reached the Seeing Divinity Without Decay realm, with strength roughly equivalent to the Unity Stage.”

“These two are administrators of Tongu World—Yu Feng and his senior sister Wu Lian. I spent several years with them, and they’re currently traveling the Nine Provinces to learn. Due to a past incident, Tongu World now has only mortals—these two are its sole cultivators.”

“That affectionate pair over there is Little Green from Lingxi World and her boyfriend Xia Chao. Lingxi World is a place where humans and beasts coexist, and Little Green, as a True Dragon, has claimed it as her territory.”

“This is the leader of Weigu World and the director of its Superhuman Management Bureau. They represent Weigu World’s ordinary citizens and superhumans respectively—a world where a small portion of the population possesses superpowers.”

After the brief introductions, Jiang Li scanned the room, paused, and announced:

“I hereby declare the Nine Provinces Assembly officially open.”

The crowd erupted in enthusiastic applause.
