Chapter 329: Two Section

As if looking into a mirror, Ace felt that his Mental Imagery World had become more complex and rich.

The battlefield graveyard formed by the War domain combined with the Negative Energy Plane, merging into it and disappearing from the western part of the Mental Imagery World.

Ace could clearly feel that he could briefly manifest the Inverted Mental Imagery to cover reality!

The gains were already immense, but Ace was still not satisfied. He attempted to squeeze the last bit of value from the Pocket World.

Having gained so much, Ace was also counterattacked by the World Consciousness, besieged within the “Source” and unable to get out.

“I must find the Son of Destiny and plunder his origin to truly control the origin of the entire world, realizing the replacement of the Heaven’s Heart with the Human Heart.

“And I represent the Human Heart with my own heart. In the final analysis, my heart replaces the Heaven’s Heart. With a human body, ascend to the realm of gods; break the public with great selfishness and perform the act of stealing the heavens!”

Ace’s eyes flickered. Although he could not leave the “Source,” the entire Pocket World was within his observation range. In this Pocket World, Ace was the true Supreme God, and the Eye of Truth was an important divine authority.

Layer upon layer of Runes gradually emerged in Ace’s eyes. The Eye of Truth (Pseudo) was activated, interacting with the entire Pocket World. A giant vertical eye emerged above the Elemental Storm Canyon that tore the continent into Eastern and Western Continents, monitoring all things in the world.

Since the merging of heaven and earth, nearly fifty years had passed in the Pocket World. The continent was torn apart, severing contact between the East and West.

In the East, because it was still under the rule of the Holy City, the church’s ruling power was further strengthened, gradually forming a unified theocratic state with the Pope as the core.

With the death of Natasha III, the new Saintess Pope Maru I was crowned, becoming the church leader of all humanity and the Lord’s first believer on earth.

In the West, the church was leaderless, and the power of the nobles gradually grew. coupled with geniuses constantly emerging in recent years, the church gradually declined. The Purple-Robed Cardinals no longer held their original authority and became important ministers to kings. The church separated into one church per country; although they all believed in Supreme God Ai, they were not subordinate to each other.

The appearance of the giant vertical eye did not cause ripples. As a standard 3-Ring Spell, the Mystery Level of the Eye of Truth (Pseudo) was a standard Level 2. Within the Pocket World, this was at the level of a True God. As long as Ace didn’t want it to be seen, mortals could not see or know of it.

The vertical eye patrolled the entire continent, observing the changes.

Inside the inner layer of the Pocket World, Ace analyzed the changes in the world.

“It seems the entire continent has entered a golden age of geniuses, more precisely a golden age of cultivation geniuses. Although Mana still does not exist on the surface layer of the world, a massive number of geniuses have emerged in the path of Blood Qi and Heart Fire, almost like a blowout.

“It seems the World Consciousness did not place its bet on one person but dispersed it among thousands. These geniuses are all pseudo-Sons of Destiny!

“In your view, this would leave me with no way to start. Even if I forcefully kill them, I won’t obtain the origin aura; it will only transfer to other pseudo-Sons of Destiny.

“But why should I kill them? I want to promote this golden age, letting them deduce the path of Blood Qi and Heart Fire for me, evolving a supernatural path for mortals without magic talent!”

Ace stood with his hands behind his back, layered Rune structures in his eyes. He spoke in an operatic tone, splitting a thought of his own and throwing it into the surface layer of the world, into a remote fishing village somewhere in the Western Continent.

“Although I am trapped in the ‘Source,’ it doesn’t mean I cannot participate in the struggle for the Son of Destiny.”

The great split between East and West caused the cultivation path of Blood Qi and Heart Fire to embark on two different roads.

In the East, those cultivating Blood Qi and Heart Fire sought help from God, visualizing the image of God handed down by the church, purifying their inner faith, and eliminating unclean emotions. Finally, they walked a path of Faith Heart Fire, and great existences equivalent to Level 1 Life, called Saints, were born.

The so-called Saints reached the Divine Kingdom in the inner layer from the surface layer of the world through the cultivation method of Faith Heart Fire. Through sympathetic resonance with the Divine Kingdom, they achieved convergence with the Divine Kingdom.

They were already reserve members of the Divine Kingdom and God’s spokespersons in the world.

In the West, because of the complete fragmentation of the church’s power, faith in the deity became less pure. People believed there was a god, but many powerful Heart Fire Warriors believed that God was merely a more powerful Heart Fire Warrior.

They sought help from within, visualizing themselves as gods. By determining their inner desires and strengthening their own will, they finally achieved breakthroughs. A batch of existences reaching Level 1 Life also appeared.

A village by the sea on the Western Continent, named Turtle Return Village, was famous for large numbers of sea turtles crawling ashore every June.

An elderly bard was sitting at the west end of the village, looking at the coast not far away, gazing silently at the turbulent continent.

“Grandpa Joyce, please tell us the story of Heart Fire Warriors again.”

Five little children surrounded the bard Joyce, stuffing a few copper coins into his hand and pleading.

Joyce looked at these children with faces full of longing to understand the outside world. A wry smile appeared at the corner of his mouth as he murmured: “Knowing too much may not necessarily be a good thing.”

He stuffed the copper coins into one of the children’s hands and handed him a chipped ceramic wine pot, saying, “Go buy me a pot of wine, and I’ll tell you properly what Heart Fire Warriors are, as well as the warrior schools of the entire Western Continent.”

The other children hurriedly pushed the boy holding the copper coins and wine pot. “Tyrone, go quickly, go quickly!”

The boy named Tyrone was about eight or nine years old, somewhat thin. He swung his legs and ran hard. About ten minutes later, he ran back panting, holding a pot of cloudy ale.

“G… Grandpa Joyce, the wine is here. Huff… huff…”

Joyce took the wine pot from Tyrone’s arms, looked at the cloudy ale, shook it, turned his body to cover the wine pot with his clothes. The hand holding the wine pot suddenly turned red, instantly warming the wine.

Joyce took a fierce gulp, smacked his lips, looked around, and said, “Today I’ll tell you about the several stages of a warrior. You all know that to become a warrior, one must refine Blood Qi from one’s own body. Once Blood Qi is formed, one can be called a Blood Qi Warrior.

“After this, one must ignite their own desires and plunge them into the sea of Blood Qi to become Heart Fire, that is, a Heart Fire Warrior. The so-called Heart Fire is desire as fire and Blood Qi as fuel.

“But few of you know what happens after that, right?”

The five children shook their heads vigorously like rattle drums; they didn’t even quite understand what a Heart Fire Warrior was.

Tyrone took out a tattered piece of parchment and noted down a few keywords. His father used to be a clerk in another town. Later, he had an affair with the mayor’s wife and was hunted by the mayor. Thanks to the arrangement of the mayor’s wife, he escaped to this remote fishing village.

Tyrone’s father met his mother here, a young and energetic fisherwoman. His father quickly forgot his troubles and settled down here.

However, Tyrone’s father always reverted to his old ways and actually got involved with other young women, annoying Tyrone’s mother greatly. As for Tyrone being able to write, it was thanks to his father’s education.
