Chapter 443: Universal Gravitation

The hazy dream celestial universe gradually solidified. All celestial bodies revolved harmoniously in accordance with the Three Laws of Motion; it was so simple, yet so beautiful.

The aura of the Great Source became increasingly dense. It seemed the entire world was cheering for Ace having discovered—and declared—a part of the world’s reality.

Bayen looked up at the starry sky, gazing at the celestial universe with intoxication and longing: “Is this what Lord Ace made me wait for? The reality of the world, the mystery of astrology? The laws governing all this are so harmonious; I want to understand the laws of this starry sky as soon as possible.”

Behind him, the blessing left by the Demigod Thoth flickered slightly, gradually manifesting a projection of the Demigod.

Thoth looked at the starry sky, a strange brilliance revealing itself in his eyes. He whispered beside Bayen, “Is this your wizard founder, Firelinker Ace? Truly a shocking genius. I have seen many strong individuals born among mortals in my long life, but none are more favored by the Great Source than him.”

Bayen was startled and bowed slightly. Thoughts raced through his mind: Is the appearance of Demigod Thoth at this time good or bad? He restrained his emotions, though cold sweat still broke out on his forehead.

“Your Majesty, you have come.”

Thoth smiled and nodded at Bayen, speaking gently, “Didn’t you want to find a Deity to be the guardian here? Why not let me guard this place?”

His attitude was gentle yet brooked no refusal. He looked at the dream starry sky and Ace in the sky with a strange brilliance, observing the fleeting mathematical equations carefully, his eyes becoming brighter and brighter.

Daina had long since put down the scroll of Calculus. She gazed at the starry sky, clutching her pendant, her face flushed as she looked up with extreme longing.

On a mountain range not far from the High Tower Territory, adjacent to the warning barrier, a graceful figure and a burly, mountain-like figure appeared simultaneously.

The Witch stared in astonishment at the dazzling brilliance suddenly erupting from the center of the High Tower Territory, looking at the astrological universe that seemed to herald the reality of all things in the world. Her red lips parted wide enough to fit a duck egg.

Sauron narrowed his eyes slightly. Although he did not understand magic, he could feel that power. It seemed to be the love of the Great Source, the favor of the world!

The Witch floated up slowly, her bare feet stepping on the void. She restrained her expression and looked solemnly at the anomaly in Nightlight City: “Sauron, I think perhaps we need to re-evaluate the strength and potential of the High Tower wizards, especially Firelinker Ace. I believe he already possesses the bearing of a Legend.”

Sauron nodded and said solemnly, “Perhaps we should report to the great Lord of Lust. Our original intention was to cooperate with him, but the opponent’s strength has risen sharply. It might affect the grand plan, perhaps…”

The Witch crossed her arms, pushing them up unconsciously, and said in a charming voice, “The opponent’s wings are fully grown. His comprehensive strength is stronger than Alex once was. Fighting him head-on is not a good choice. We should find a way to turn his force into aid for our plan.”

Sauron asked, “Then what should be done?”

The Witch smiled charmingly, her snow-white fingers gently stroking Sauron’s chest: “I feel we have a natural basis for alliance with wizards. We are all blasphemers suppressed by the Divine Descendants, aren’t we? To strive for living space, uniting is a viable path.”

While they were speaking, above Nightlight City, Ace was fully focused on writing one mathematical symbol after another. The world seemed to be revolving around him, shouting. It seemed as if countless people were cheering, and yet also as if countless people were roaring in anger.

The sun rose in the east and set in the west; meteors streaked across the sky; the tides rose and retreated; iron balls dropped from high altitudes fell steadily to the ground. In the Inner World , everything followed a single law.

Ace’s silver hair danced wildly as he stopped his mathematical calculations. The aura of the Great Source was so rich that even Legendary Heroes would be envious; this was a favor from the world that could not be matched even by epics sung for hundreds or thousands of years.

Ace’s voice rang out through the entire High Tower Territory, somewhat dry but incredibly firm:

“Declaration: Any two objects attract each other. The magnitude of the gravitational force is directly proportional to the product of the masses of these two objects and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them.

“This is the Law of Universal Gravitation!”

The joy of the Great Source and the world’s feedback seemed to reach a peak at this moment. The stirring symphony reached its climax. Ace’s dream astrological universe operated perfectly at this moment, frantically absorbing the aura of the Great Source and substantiating at high speed.

Demigod Thoth stared at this amazing change. Golden light burst from his eyes. A large number of mathematical equations appeared in his pupils; the most mysterious and concise ones flickered in and out of existence like a mischievous beauty.

He said with some disbelief, “Without divine blood, ascending to the incredible Legendary realm with a purely mortal body, and infinitely approaching a Demigod, and possessing the favor of the Great Source… Could it be that you are the Child of the World for this cycle of civilization!”

Thoth seemed to hear his mother’s voice. Lady of the Dark Night Artemis once said:

“The rules of the world are not ordained by the God King and God Queen. Rather, They created specific detailed rules in accordance with the World Will. As long as one has not transcended the world, one must comply with the World Will.

“Specifically, every rise and fall of civilization has a person favored by the world. There is more than one such person, but only one can have the last laugh. He is the wind vent of the world; he is the source of all contradictions and the source of change for a cycle of civilization.

“If you can find such a person, please cast the die of fate; it is time to place a bet.”

Thoth closed his eyes, feeling the aura and joy of the Great Source, and whispered, “To bet, one must not hesitate. The die should be cast.”

Ace’s momentum was still rising. Almost the entire Salia region felt this intense accumulation of mana. Several kings in the North and Nicholas, hiding in the Salia Forest, looked toward the South simultaneously.

Yves Milne, King of Milne City-State, called upon the power of his status to perceive the anomaly occurring in the South with the level of a Legendary Hero. His face became extremely ugly.

“A mortal ascending to Legend? Damn it…”

Ace had stopped writing. The recently completed monumental work floated quietly beside him, accepting the feedback of the Great Source together with him. Under the gentle caress of the Great Source aura, the pages changed slightly, gradually transforming from a book into a nebulous universe model.

Mathematical symbols, equations, and inequalities flickered within it. The stars constructed a complex yet concise and regular celestial system. Ace held this nebulous universe model high, shining in harmony with his own mental imagery world.

The model floated slowly, getting closer and closer to the manifested part of the mental imagery world. Suddenly, it turned into a meteor and flew into the mental imagery world. In an instant, blinding white light exploded. The entire High Tower Territory was as bright as noon, and a huge, scorching phantom of a “Sun” rose.

Ace stood right in the center, absorbing the aura of the Great Source, his eyes turning pure white.
