Chapter 450: Another Golden Wizard

Allen observed Bruce’s expression seriously and subconsciously repeated: “The Three Laws of Motion?”

Bruce ignored Allen. He chewed over the Three Laws repeatedly. The laws were so simple, direct, and full of mathematical beauty that they gave people a sense of sudden enlightenment, as if slapping their thighs and asking, “Why didn’t I think of that?”

The world, which was once incredibly mysterious in Bruce’s eyes, seemed to have its veil lifted at this moment. He looked at the worried Allen and Eva before him, looked up at the transparent ceiling, looked at the sun hanging high in the sky, and then watched the person next to him speaking with spittle flying. That spittle traced a trajectory and landed naturally on another person’s face.

The wizard apprentice sprayed by the spittle casually picked up an apple from the table and threw it at the other person with a smile. The apple traced a perfect parabola and rolled on the ground with a rumble.

“So everything in the world operates according to the Three Laws of Motion. So the world is this simple!”

The chubby Bruce couldn’t help but sigh with emotion. He no longer had a Natal Star in his brain, so there was no danger of his head exploding. Instead, he could perceive all this more seriously. The same world felt so different at this moment.

Meanwhile, the Natal Artifact inside Bayen’s mental imagery world was slowly collapsing. That pieced-together astrology was so vulnerable before the Three Laws. The astrological prophecy spell model of the Natal Artifact completely shattered, and the dream mist of the artifact gradually turned into a chaotic mass.

Bayen let out a long breath. Ever since he saw Ace’s draft yesterday, the foundational path model within his Natal Artifact had collapsed uncontrollably. It was a shattering of his worldview, a crushing defeat by theory.

The theory was so clear. Bayen read it repeatedly. Since there was no danger of head explosion, he could study, understand, and research this brand-new theory unscrupulously.

Using the brand-new mathematical tool of Calculus, the motion of objects under ideal conditions and resisted conditions was rigorously demonstrated. This made Bayen, who always believed in mathematics, recognize and be convinced by Magical Mechanic from the bottom of his heart.

Bayen struggled a bit with this part of the content. He was not familiar enough with Calculus. Many calculations required repetition before he suddenly realized that what Ace said was so correct.

The more he read, the more Bayen felt admiration and emotion for the Three Laws of Motion, and the more awe he felt for Ace, who proposed the Three Laws.

“Too perfect. Lord Ace’s exposition of motion is simply too perfect! This is the first theoretical exposition of motion based on mathematics in the path of magic. It is so profound. As expected of Lord Ace.”

With this mood, Bayen flipped to the last part: On the Celestial Motion and the Starry Sky System!

Warren’s villa, inside the study.

Warren was lying on the desk. Sunlight spilled in through the glass window, illuminating the page of On the Celestial Motion and the Starry Sky System on his desk. His face was flushed red. His left hand unconsciously slapped the desktop, and his right hand crumbled the paper, his mood agitated.

The previous mathematical proofs were like floodwater accumulating in a reservoir and the layered foreshadowing of a story. At this moment, it finally burst forth, introducing a law called “Universal Gravitation.” Heaven and earth were overturned, and the world was remade!

Starting from this, Ace discussed the shape of the Earth Core, the motion of the sun and the bright moon, the trajectories of stars, the whereabouts of dark stars and comets, and ocean tides. Then, he analyzed and established a massive starry sky universe system, including natural phenomena such as the Earth Core, sun, moon, stars, dark stars, comets, and tides!

“The world seems to be right before me. It’s as if I can control the world just by reaching out my hand…”

Warren dazedly recorded such a feeling in his notebook. His eyes lost focus as he unconsciously repeated calculations of formulas and equations, deducing results.

Warren verified these against his own astronomical observation data. In the end, it was very clear: this matched the astrological observation data completely!

He gripped the Magic journal tightly. Because he used too much force, veins popped out on his hands. This was too precious. For Warren, and for all wizards, this was even more precious than the Phlogiston Hypothesis!

Although Phlogiston was computationally feasible, it had not been discovered or proven after all. But Ace’s Three Laws could be confirmed by a large amount of observational data.

“We know it! We know it! This is the mystery of our world! This is the reality of motion! Universal Gravitation is the mysterious force of stellar motion!”

Warren almost roared it out. He clattered up to the roof and looked up at the sky with his Enchanted Telescope, his expression excited, agitated, and bewildered.

Looking at the sky full of stars, he grabbed rolls of detailed astronomical data records from beside the Enchanted Telescope and snapped his fingers.

A controllable light ball with soft radiance appeared. Warren took out a blank scroll from his spatial pocket and began writing a paper. He wanted to verify the Three Laws and the Law of Universal Gravitation one by one using his observation data from the past ten years.

The astrology in Bayen’s mind was changing rapidly, and his mental imagery world was also fluctuating violently. The dream of the Natal Artifact spread out, covering the entire hollow mental imagery world.

Bayen’s mind sank into it. Clumsily but cautiously, using the Three Laws of Motion, the Law of Universal Gravitation, and Calculus, he constructed Ace’s Inner World starry universe model.

The Earth Core, located at one of the two foci of the elliptical orbit, was the center of this Inner World  and also the largest celestial body. The sun and the moon were the largest and most important stars, and they both moved in elliptical orbits around the Earth Core.

The Earth Centeralso rotated around its axis. Precisely because of this, there were day and night. The time it took for the sun to orbit the Earth Centeronce was exactly one year. Because it orbited in an ellipse, sometimes it was closer to the Earth Core, and sometimes it was farther.

Therefore, spring, summer, autumn, and winter appeared.

The sun was far from the Earth Core, and the moon was close to the Earth Core. The moon itself was a non-luminous celestial body, which Ace called a Dark Star. The movement of the bright moon caused the tides.

Farther away were the stars filling the sky. They also revolved around the Earth Core. Bayen constructed the Inner World  he perceived bit by bit—the Astrological Universe!

After constructing the entire mental imagery world meditation environment, Bayen began trying to integrate the runes of the Prophecy Series into it. They fit so surprisingly well. Everything was so natural, as if they were meant to be this way.

“Celestial bodies have their own laws of motion. Astrology foreshadows destiny. The movement of destiny should also have its laws. As long as all information and variables are collected, destiny will inevitably lead to a determined direction.”

Boom!

A 3-Ring spell model rapidly formed in Bayen’s “Astrological Universe.” As if it was a revelation of destiny, the 3-Ring Spell “Astrological Prophecy” was born.

“Just as the movement of the world has its laws, destiny also has laws. The path of destiny must be determined. This is Determinism!”

Bayen’s gaze was burning. He seemed to have mastered the true meaning of destiny. His power rose rapidly, and the 3-Ring Spell “Astrological Prophecy” was dyed with a faint golden color in the span of a breath.

Bayen advanced to become a Golden Wizard!
