Chapter 475: Knowledge

Just as Eva was feeling a bit lost, Caroso and Polina made a fortune relying on the “Secondary Blood Source Serum.” They purchased a villa in the City of True Knowledge and established a private laboratory within it.

In the basement of the villa, Caroso and Polina were seriously studying and diluting the blood of the Blood Crow, testing the Blood Crow’s abilities.

“The Magic Council is too shady. Just this pile of broken experimental equipment actually cost a Level 0 Magic Stone. This is equivalent to one hundred secondary magic stones, almost half of our income!”

Polina pouted with some dissatisfaction and whispered.

“After all, in the dream world, the Magic Council of the City of True Knowledge is different from our High Tower Magic Council. Those high-level members are all old fogies.”

Caroso said while fastening the Blood Crow with a magic circle and slowly extracting its blood.

He continued: “Legend says the Magic Council’s high command has three Legends. I don’t know if they really have Legendary strength. Moreover, in the dream world, even if they are True Gods, so what? They can never jump out of this virtual world; they can only serve as whetstones for us.”

Polina nodded, then shook her head again:

“Not necessarily. I always feel that Lord Ace’s dream world hides a nearly terrifying ambition. It is so mature, real, with history, with joys and sorrows. The people here have desires, justice, and evil.

“Perhaps in the future of the magic path, Lord Ace’s dream world might come true.”

Polina’s unintentional remark spoke the truth of Ace’s magical ambition. Ace’s greatest expectation was precisely to let the dream world achieve reality, even covering reality.

As for why the people and things here were so real, it was because many people here were real-world humans and animals substituted in after falling asleep.

Through this form, supplemented by the Golden Spell, Ace slowly collected various human forms, animal forms, and plant forms.

Caroso and Polina were still whispering, discussing whether to catch a few more Blood Crows or fully focus on advancing to advanced wizard apprentices first before catching all the Blood Crows in one go.

The voices got further away and smaller, and the viewpoint slowly rose. The City of True Knowledge was brightly lit. A large number of wizards, knights, warlocks, warriors, and a small number of God-descendants lived, explored, learned, and improved here.

Wisps of invisible Heart of Dream fragments rose from here, accompanied by wisps of Heart of Game. That Domain Power slowly gathered, surged into a vortex that suddenly appeared in the void further away, and disappeared.

Ace observed the entire dream world and nodded with a smile. The supernatural beings of the entire city-state, as well as those following his will, voluntarily entered the dream world, explored the dream world, and unknowingly built and changed the dream world.

While they achieved their own growth, they also achieved Ace’s. This was a mutually beneficial process. As for the lives in the dream world, some were substituted by real-world lives in their sleep, and some were born naturally from the dream.

“The key lies in the True Spirit. Lives born in the dream do not possess True Spirits of the same grade as real-world lives. They are just false Shadows of True Spirits.

“It is the dream world collecting traces of real-world lives to construct a mirage. In the dream world, they look real and true, but if one wants to achieve the dimensional ascension of information, it is very difficult.”

Ace’s figure appeared in the “Fantasia” world. He stared at the Earth Center with burning eyes, looking directly at the bustling crowd on the Floating Island, and slowly sighed.

“The path must be walked step by step. Since I chose to walk on two legs, walking the Path of Domains and the Path of Laws simultaneously, there is no need to rush. Accumulate slowly, waiting for the day when the earth shatters and the heavens are startled, when mercury pours down the ground.”

Ace found a planet just like that, casually changing the planet’s environment to be habitable like Earth. Leaning against a huge rock, he snapped his fingers.

Floating Island. The Eternal Mana Source not far from the City of True Knowledge, the Star Mana Lake, suddenly disappeared, leaving only a deep pit.

Leaving aside the shock and doubt of the people in the City of True Knowledge, this Mana Lake appeared on the planet, instantly illuminating this Dark Star with brilliance.

Ace lay on a huge rock near the Mana Lake and said in a majestic voice: “This star is the Magic Lake Star, a place where people of Fantasia can never reach.”

His words became law. The laws of the dream world changed slightly, and this place was isolated from the world from then on.

Ace gently tapped the Dream Bubble of Knowledge for Astral Travel. After dealing with all these matters, he finally found time to quietly watch the mysteries of Astral Travel.

A huge compass-like astrolabe appeared, and the voice of the Crystal Dragon Paralanda rang out:

“This is the Astral Compass. To travel the Astral Plane, one must have this compass to know one’s own position and the positions of other worlds. The more critical point lies in marking the position of one’s own world.

“Some travelers forget to mark it and lose their hometown from then on, becoming Astral Wanderers.”

Ace observed the condition of the compass seriously, studying the structure within and the mysteries of the internal runes and rune structures. This astrolabe was so complex that he couldn’t analyze its original appearance in a short time.

Paralanda’s voice rang again: “Even with your intelligence and wisdom, I’m afraid it would take a long time to replicate a compass. There is an important structure inside, a core of Level 4 Mystery. You cannot replicate it, so I give it to you. This is the secret method I spoke of.”

Ace’s eyes lit up. An ancient, heavy core slowly emerged from that dream bubble. It was truly too exquisite; Ace couldn’t pry into the mysteries within at all.

“A core of Level 4 Mystery. No wonder the Crystal Dragon Paralanda said only a Demi-god could cross the Astral Plane!”

Ace carefully put away this core and turned to continue reading the knowledge in the dream bubble. The rest were some operational points.

After manufacturing the Astral Compass, the first thing to do was to mark one’s own world. That would be the origin of the compass, the marking point of everything. After that, it was searching for and locating other worlds.

The distance the Astral Compass could locate worlds was limited. If it exceeded the range, one could only detach from the world and traverse the Astral Void to possibly find the location of the other world.

And this process of leaving one’s original world to go to another world or other worlds was called Astral Travel. The most common thing in the Astral Plane was the boundless void. simply put, there was nothing. Loneliness and resource shortage were the biggest enemies.

Occasionally, there would be powerful Astral Predators. They came in thousands of postures, subconsciously plundering some existences drifting in the Astral Plane, or even attacking the World Crystal Wall.

A good Astral Compass had another important function, which was to discover the Astral Predators hiding in the boundless void early.
